How to Integrate Castiron with Social Media

Connecting your Castiron shop with your company's social media pages is a great way to bring more customers directly to your products, and make it easier for them to place an order!

To find your Castiron shop's URL, go to your admin's home page and click on "Share my Shop" in the middle of the screen, under the welcome message.

You'll see a pop-up with links to share your shop's page, as well as a link for Email/SMS Subscribers to use to sign up for notifications from your shop.

Add your Castiron website to your Facebook profile:

1. Go to your profile by clicking on your name or profile picture in the top right corner.
2. Click on the “Edit Profile” button, usually found below your profile picture.

3. Scroll down to the “Customize your intro” section and click “Edit.”

Find the “Websites and social links” area, click “Add a Website” or click the pencil icon to edit, add your Castiron shop’s URL, then click Save.

Add your Castiron website to your Instagram profile:

*Please note: currently, this needs to be done on a mobile device.

1. Tap your profile picture in the bottom right to go to your profile.

2. Tap Edit profile at the top of the screen.

   

   
   

3. Tap Links, then tap Add external link.

   

4. Add the URL for your Castiron shop, and a title, then tap Done.

Add your Castiron website to your TikTok profile:

1. Tap “Profile” on the bottom right menu.
2. Click on the “Edit Profile” button, usually found below your followers.
3. Scroll down to the “Business information” section and Website, and click “Add your website.”

4. Type in your Castiron shop’s URL, and click Save.

Action Buttons - Facebook

To add an action button such as "Start Order" to your page on Facebook:

1. Log into Facebook, then click your profile photo in the top right.
2. Click "see all profiles", then select the business page you want to switch to.
3. From your Page, click the three dots on the right, then click Add Action Button.

4. Select the Start Order button, then click Next.

5. Follow the instructions on the screen to add your Castiron link, and click Save.

6. You should now have a "Start Order" button at the top of your page that will take your customers directly to your Castiron shop, and one step closer to enjoying your delicious products!
