How Can I Make a Feature Request?

At Castiron, we’re always working to improve our platform and your feedback plays a huge role in shaping what we build next.

If there’s a feature you’d like to see added or an existing one you think could be improved, we’d love to hear from you!

You can also access this link at any time from your shop's admin page. Just click on this icon at the bottom right of the page:

The Resource Center menu will appear. Simply click on "Suggest a Feature" and you will be directed to the feature request board. 

All you need is to input your email address to comment or vote. You can browse other suggestions and add your support to the ones you care most about. Adding your thoughts and needs on a feature already listed is really helpful! You will receive email updates on any features you add, vote on, or comment on to let you know when they are in progress and/or completed. 

Your input directly influences our product roadmap and helps us prioritize what’s most important to you.
