Castiron Pricing + Fees

Current Pricing Plans (Effective January 2025)

Starting January 1, 2025, Castiron offers the following subscription plan to all users:

• Monthly Subscription: $24/month
• Transaction Fee: 3% per order
• Payment Processing Fees: Standard credit card rates apply (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction), collected and sent to Stripe, our payment processor.

The combined Castiron transaction fee and Stripe fee appear together as one Convenience Fee on customer invoices/receipts--unless you choose to absorb the fees, along with the sales tax as a separate line item. This setting can be adjusted in Shop Admin → Settings → Payments → Settings Tab.

Legacy Plan & Transition Details

As of January 16, 2025, legacy pricing is no longer available. Sellers who did not confirm their participation in the discounted plan before the deadline must now subscribe at the standard $24/month rate.

Credit Balances: Any prior subscription payments were prorated and will be applied towards the new plan.

How to Manage Your Castiron Subscription

If your shop was deactivated due to non-confirmation, you must log in and subscribe to a plan before regaining access to your shop. To do this, go to Shop Admin → Settings → My Subscription and select your preferred plan.

Canceling Your Subscription:

• You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to Shop Admin → Settings → My Subscription → Cancel Subscription (bottom of the page).
• Your shop will remain active until the end of your paid subscription period. After that, it will be deactivated and no longer visible online.
