Sharing a copy of an order via email in Castiron is super easy! First, simply go to your "orders" tab on the left-hand side of your admin screen. Then, select any order that you'd like to share.
Click on the three dots in the upper right hand of the screen in that order.
Choose "Print" in the upper right-hand corner.
From this screen, rather than print (which you can also do) in the Destination box, save your order as a pdf. You'll be able to name the file and it will be saved to your computer.
Name the file and it will save to your computer.
To share it, in an email to your customer (or anyone else!) "attach" the pdf of the order you saved using the paperclip icon:
After you click attach files, a box will appear. Find the pdf you want to attach and click the Open button. This will attach it to your email and your recipient will be able to open it when they open your email.
