Password Reset Instructions

If you forgot your password or need to reset it, here are a few steps to take to do it on your own.

If you need your password reset, while already logged in to Castiron follow this process:

1. Click the three dots on the bottom left of the screen next to your name, and select Account Settings

2. Scroll down to the "Reset Password" link.

3. Type in your current password, and the new password you'd like, then confirm it, and click Save.

If you are locked out of your account because your forgot your password:

1. Click the Reset Your Password link on the shop sign in page.

2. Enter your email and click Reset Password. Check your email for further instructions. 

If you forgot your shop's email, need to change your login email and don't have your password, or are still having trouble resetting your password:
