Castiron has a small team of Customer Support Specialists to assist you with any questions, concerns, or feedback you have. Support staff are available Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST, though staff is assigned to be on-call for urgent issues during off hours and holidays. Otherwise you can expect a response within 24-48 business hours.
We also have a robust Help Center with a support bot who can help direct you to the articles you may need. Give it a shot and see if that can answer your questions. If not, you are always given the option to reach out to a real person.

You can sign up for a 30 minute 1:1 video chat with a Support team member during which time they can answer specific questions or walk you through your shop set up. Just send an email letting them know you want to schedule!
