You've created an Event or Class and sold tickets. Now you want to see who is attending your event and/or contact the attendees.
To View and Print your Event Attendee List
From your shop admin, click on the Events tab on the left.
Find the Event you want to get the attendee list for and click on the three on the bottom right of that event
Click "Download Attendee List", which will prompt a spreadsheet to download onto your device. This report will show Order #, Attendee Name, Attendee Email, Attendee Phone Number, Purchaser Name, Purchaser Email, Purchaser Phone Number
Downloading the Attendee List report is a good way to see all the names and contact information in one place.
Contacting Event/Class Attendees via Email
You may want to send a message to your event attendees before or after the event.
To do this, start from the Calendar tab from your shop's admin page. Once the calendar is visible, find the date of the event whose attendees you want to contact. Click on the Event (example shown here on Saturday Sept 6th as "Kids Vegan Cookie Class")
Once you click on the class, the details of that class will show in a pop up box (scroll down to see tickets numbers including number of tickets sold, number of tickets left.
Clicking on the Attendee Tab will show you a list of the attendee names with access to message individually or look at their order details if you want (you can also do this from the Orders tab)
From the General tab of the pop up box, when you scroll down you'll see the Message Attendees button
When you click on the Message Attendees button, you will get a general form email. The event attendees are automatically listed (but can be removed by clicking the X by their name).
Next to the attendee names you see "Choose a customer" as a drop down option. The people included in the drop down list is anyone who purchased a ticket but is not attending (for example the tickets may have been purchased as a gift), if applicable You have the option to add any of these people to your message.
Once you have picked your message recipients, fill out the message subject line and the content of the email in the "Description" box.
Some people message a reminder, event details, venue information or a follow up after the event occurred thanking attendees and providing additional information.
Once your message is completed you have the option to send yourself a copy as well (check box). Hit the Send Email button and your message is sent!
