If your customer can’t locate their quote email, you can quickly resend it from your admin dashboard.
Here’s how:

Go to the Quotes & Invoices tab in your Castiron admin.

Locate the relevant order and click the three dots in the top right corner of the order tile.

Select "Resend Quote" from the dropdown menu.

Review the quote details to make sure everything looks correct.

Click “Save and Send” to email the invoice to your customer again.
Pro Tip:
Make sure your customer checks their spam or promotions folder if they still don’t see it, sometimes invoice emails can land there!
