Customer Reviews

At this time, there is not a system to collect customer reviews within Castiron. However, it is on our roadmap because we recognize how important reviews are to build trust with potential customers.

In the meantime, we recommend using some of these strategies:

• Connect to Google My Business to allow customers to leave google reviews of your products.
• Ask customers via email or text about their feedback on your product.
• Create a google form asking for a review or feedback and include that link in correspondence with your customers.
• Use the content of positive reviews/feedback (elicited or spontaneous) to share on social media or use your Castiron customer page for reviews you collect.

If reviews are important to you, upvote it in the feature request page and add any comments about what you'd like the process to be for collecting them!
