About Me Page

Every Castiron shop has the option of creating an "About" Me page so customers can get to know you as an artisan. Customers like to know they are buying from real people with a story, not just a website. 

To find and edit the About page:

• Go to Settings>Pages>About
• The default title is "My Story" but you can change it anything you'd like!
• The Description box is where you share any information you want your customers to know about YOU. Tell why you started your business, what you are passionate about, what kind of artisan you are. 
• You can click on the "Write with AI" to have AI generate content that you can edit as much as you'd like.
• Scroll down and you can click to highlight any Shop Badges that apply to your shop including:
  • • Where are your products made (Cottage vs. Commercial Kitchen)
    • Certifications/Licenses
    • Do You Cater to Special Diets? (GF, Plant-Based, Allergen-Friendly)
    • More About your Business (Minority Owned, Woman Owned)
• Profile Image: Upload a photo of yourself. If the photo doesn't upload, it may be too large of a file. Save it as a smaller file or different file type. 

Toggle this page to Active (found under the profile photo) and click on the Save button!
